Putting decades of forestry know-how on the map.
Jamax Forest Solutions came to us with deep expertise but no real way to show it online. They needed a website that did justice to decades of forestry knowledge and made it easy for private landowners, government departments, and agricultural clients to understand exactly how Jamax could help.
We kicked off with a discovery session to unpack their services, audience, and the technical detail that sets them apart. From there we built out the information architecture, moved into wireframes to lock down structure and flow, then progressed to high fidelity designs that brought the brand to life with strong imagery, clear hierarchy, and a calm, considered feel.
Throughout the project we stayed in regular contact with the client, working through feedback quickly and keeping everything on track. The result was delivered on time, on brand, and ready to support the next phase of their business.
Forestry is a trust-driven industry where landowners are handing over decisions about land they have often held for generations. The new website gives Jamax instant credibility, clearly explains their services, and makes contacting them genuinely simple.
Why this worked
Built for a non-technical audience
Forestry language can be dense. We structured the content so private landowners and government decision-makers can quickly understand each service without needing a forestry background to follow along.
Credibility you can feel
Strong imagery, considered typography, and a clean layout signal expertise before a word is read. Visitors land on the site and immediately sense Jamax knows exactly what they are doing.
Real case studies doing the heavy lifting
The site puts genuine project work front and centre, including their Department of Regional NSW species trials. Prospective clients see proof of capability rather than promises, which shortens the trust gap considerably.
A capability statement that converts
The downloadable capability statement gives serious enquiries something tangible to take away. It captures leads, supports internal sign-off processes, and keeps Jamax top of mind well after the site visit ends.
