A proper chat
We jump on a call or coffee. You tell me what you’re trying to build, who it’s for, and what’s been frustrating you so far. I ask a lot of questions. Nothing to prepare.
STEP 02
2-3 days
A clear proposal
You get a single-page plan with fixed pricing, deliverables and a timeline. If it looks right, we book you in. If it doesn’t, no hard feelings..
STEP 03
2-6 weeks
Design & review
I design in open rounds — you see progress, give feedback in plain English, and I refine. No big reveals, no precious designer ego.
STEP 04
Ongoing
Launch
We ship it. Files organised, training where needed, and I’m still on the other end of an email when you need a tweak next year.
